As a Graduate at AEMOyourenot joining to sit on the contributing to real problems from your first week the kind thatmatter for Australias energy future.

Across your two-year programyoullrotate through different teams and get hands-on experience with both the technical and strategic sides of what we do. One rotation mightteach you about modellingfuture energy demand; the next could see you supporting market operations or exploring new ways to integrate renewables.

We welcomegradsfrom a range of backgrounds including:

  • Engineering (electrical mechatronics mechanical chemical)
  • Data sciencemathematics and statistics
  • Information technology and cyber security

Working alongside experienced teams and leadersyoull:

  • Build practical technical and analytical skills through real projects
  • Help develop solutions for renewable integration gridstabilityand energy markets
  • Contribute to decisions thatimpactcommunities across Australia
  • Collaborate across disciplines to shape a cleaner more sustainable energy future

Werelooking for graduates who:

  • Are curious about how the energy systemworks andwant to shape what comes next
  • Enjoy solving complex problems
  • Can communicate ideas in a clear engaging way
  • Work well with others and are open to learning
  • Care about innovation sustainability and creating real impact
  • You must have full working rights for the duration of the program
  • To be eligible to apply for the program you must have graduated within the last 2 years
