Job Summary

QA Test Engineer

We are looking for a detail-oriented analytical and someone passionate about software quality assurance this role is perfect for you. We are looking for someone who can work under pressure manage complex tasks and contribute to our overall quality assurance strategy.

Required:

Youll ensure our software is release-ready through thorough testing. Your work plays a key role in delivering reliable products and a great user experience.

Daily Duties:

Analyse requirements and user stories.
Execute manual tests across web applications and browsers.
Test APIs using tools like Postman.
Identify log and track bugs (GitLab/Jira).
Verify data accuracy across UI backend and integrations.
Work closely with developers and product teams.
Create and maintain test cases and documentation.
Support releases with strong organisation and time management.

Qualifications:

Matric / Grade 12
ISTQB Foundation Level certification (required)

Experience and technical skills:

24 years experience in software testing with a strong focus on manual testing.
Working knowledge of SQL.
Experience in payments integration and/or the finance industry.
Hands-on experience with API testing tools (Postman).
Cross-browser testing experience.
High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset.
