Job Description: We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting passengers with their travel needs and ensuring a smooth and efficient airport experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and welcome passengers as they arrive at the airport 2. Assist passengers with check-in baggage drop-off and boarding procedures 3. Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules delays and cancellations 4. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner 5. Coordinate with other departments and airlines to ensure smooth operations 6. Ensure compliance with all safety and security regulations 7. Maintain a neat and organized check-in area and boarding gates 8. Assist passengers with special needs and requests 9. Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees and upgrades 10. Other duties as assigned by the management. Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment 5. Knowledge of basic computer skills and ability to use airport systems 6. Willingness to work in shifts including weekends and holidays 7. Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Contract Details: This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours will be based on a shift schedule and candidates must be willing to work flexible hours as per the airports operational requirements.
