What Youll Do (Your Day-to-Day):
Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential Dell resellers to acquire new business and promote partnerships.
Handle inbound calls and emails providing guidance and support for Dell products and solutions.
Manage a portfolio of partners and work on targeted outbound campaigns from a predefined list.
Educate partners on products solutions discounts events webinars and webcasts.
Support partners in closing deals and actively generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Participate in client meetings (remote or on-site) and occasional events as required.
Utilize internal tools the Dell Partner Portal and MS 365 (Excel PowerPoint Word) for reporting presentations and data management.
Key Scenarios Youll Handle:
Activating dormant partners quarterly.
Promoting Dell products and partnership benefits.
Assisting potential partners with registration.
Supporting events webinars and webcasts.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 2 years experience in outbound sales marketing or account management.
At least 1 year of team-based experience.
Advanced written communication skills focused on business correspondence.
Strong PC knowledge familiar with computer hardware and MS 365 (Excel Word PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
