Training Duration: 15 days
Relocation Support (Choose your package):
All expenses covered flight hotel stay and real estate agency fee.
250 relocation allowance real estate agency fee (ideal if you drive or have your own plan).
Were looking for Italian-speaking Customer Support Agents to join an international customer support team. Youll be the voice of the companyassisting customers via phone chat and email resolving inquiries with empathy and precision while maintaining high service quality standards.
Your Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone chat and email.
Record all interactions accurately in the companys CRM system.
Provide clear correct and professional customer support in line with internal procedures.
Work within a structured international support environment.
What You Bring
Language skills: Italian C2 and English B2
Strong customer orientation with an empathetic and solution-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a dynamic shift-based environment.
Comfortable using CRM tools and multiple digital platforms.
