Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking dynamic and results-driven Personal Lines Producers to join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals to contribute to the expansion of an agency. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales a passion for building client relationships and the ability to generate new business. This is a fully in-office position offering a supportive environment with an Account Management team to handle service tasks allowing you to focus on sales and client acquisition.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Up to $55000 annually
- Commission: 35% on new business
- Benefits: Competitive benefits package including 401(k)
Responsibilities
- Generate and close new business opportunities focusing on personal lines insurance policies.
- Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets with an expectation of writing $150000 worth of business per quarter.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients through proactive lead generation and relationship building.
- Handle standard market accounts with the potential to work on high-net-worth accounts as opportunities arise.
- Collaborate with the in-office Account Management team to ensure seamless service for clients.
- Utilize a hunter mentality to identify and pursue new sales opportunities with minimal leads provided by the agency.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and lead generation.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully in-office environment.
