Role Overview

We are looking for motivated detail-oriented professionals to join our team as Client Experience this fully remote role you will deliver exceptional service by coordinating bookings providing personalized recommendations and ensuring all client arrangements are accurate seamless and complete.

This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a service-focused environment and enjoy helping clients plan and manage their arrangements efficiently. No prior industry experience is required comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage detailed client bookings and vacation plans

  • Research compare and confirm reservation options using approved systems

  • Provide accurate information and personalized recommendations based on client preferences and budget

  • Communicate professionally through email phone and online platforms

  • Handle updates modifications and service-related requests promptly and accurately

  • Maintain organized and precise client documentation

  • Participate in training sessions team meetings and professional development initiatives
