DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer to design implement and maintain scalable infrastructure automation pipelines and cloud-native deployment environments. This role plays a critical part in improving system reliability accelerating software delivery and strengthening security and compliance across development and production environments.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong experience in cloud platforms CI/CD automation infrastructure as code monitoring and cross-functional collaboration with software engineering security and IT operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Infrastructure & Cloud Engineering

Design deploy and maintain secure scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure.

Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using modern configuration management and provisioning tools.

Optimize cloud resource utilization performance and cost efficiency.

CI/CD & Automation:

Build maintain and enhance continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.

Automate build test deployment and rollback processes.

Support blue-green canary and rolling deployment strategies.

Reliability Monitoring & Security:

Implement monitoring logging and alerting solutions to ensure system health and uptime.

Troubleshoot production issues and conduct root-cause analysis.

Enforce security best practices vulnerability remediation and compliance controls.

Collaboration & Governance:

Partner with software engineers QA teams and security stakeholders to improve release quality and velocity.

Maintain technical documentation architecture diagrams and operational runbooks.

Contribute to DevOps best practices standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).

3 years of professional experience in DevOps Site Reliability Engineering or cloud infrastructure roles.

Hands-on experience with major cloud providers (AWS Azure or Google Cloud).

Strong knowledge of CI/CD tooling containerization and orchestration technologies.

Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python Bash or Go.

Familiarity with monitoring logging and security frameworks.

Excellent analytical troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional cloud or DevOps certifications.

Experience with Kubernetes Terraform or similar technologies.

Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC 2 HIPAA or ISO 27001.

Background supporting high-availability production-scale systems.

$110000 $160000 per year depending on experience certifications and geographic location.
