Role Overview:

As a Customer Advisor youll act as the primary contact for customers assisting them via phone email and live chat. Your goal will be to deliver clear timely responses and create a seamless positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Multi-channel Assistance: Provide professional support through phone email and chat
Issue Resolution: Answer product or service questions troubleshoot problems and handle account-related requests
Customer Care: Communicate solutions clearly and ensure customers feel heard and supported
Accurate Records: Document interactions and outcomes accurately in internal systems
Case Escalation: Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues when needed
Teamwork: Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient problem resolution
Performance Standards: Achieve service KPIs quality benchmarks and response-time targets
Continuous Development: Stay informed about updates policies and best practices to deliver top-tier support

Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Danish (C2) and English (B2)
EU citizenship or a Portuguese residency card
Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns
A degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience in digital marketing
Strong analytical leadership and communication abilities
