Job Summary

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital training and support to build the business at their schools. We have 300 students who will do over $10 million in sales over the next 12 months.

Youll be focused on the next $50 million. How do we develop additional revenue channels What new unique value propositions can we create through tech How do we usher in the next stage at Fresh Prints

Those are the questions the members of our cross-functional Growth Teamwork through every day. They do so not as developers designers or marketers but as entrepreneurs determined to drive the business forward.

Youd be one of just a handful of web developers on the team. As such youll touch every component of the agile product development process. Youll work with our developers UX/UI designers and QA team to understand users scope out new tech prioritize features and set timelines. Youll be directly responsible for writing reviewing debugging and documenting our code.

Responsibilities

Write well-designed testable and efficient code that powers our application

Write specs and do planning for everything we build

Work with UX/UI and web designers to create a responsive user interface that follows standard HTML/CSS practices

Conduct application analysis testing and debugging

Diligently document code to keep it clean and transparent

Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility while maintaining general web standards

Requirements

4 years of experience as a front end developer

Able to connect the dots between code and business value

Perfect English fluency

Details

The job is based out of our office in the city of Nizams and Biryani

Hours are 5:30 pm - 3:30 am IST 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST (this is slightly flexible in either direction)
