Soccer Shots is an engaging intro-to-soccer program fueled by coaches who are driven to impact childrens lives in a positive way. Our program focuses on age-appropriate soccer skills character development and fun in every session.

Soccer Shots uses soccer to bring communities together and help develop kids aged 2-9. Our coaches are silly and fun while also leading our curriculum which is aligned with New York State standards.

The Job: (We provide additional training and development to all employees)

Looking for a fun and flexible job Join Soccer Shots and be the best part of a childs week.

This full-time position requires a candidate who is passionate about working with children and has an interest in strategic planning and development
The role involves coaching sales social media development leadership communication CRM and exposure tasks totaling 40 hours per week
Coach and develop children ages 2-9 through our unique soccer program
Assist the leadership team in business growth and development
Work 5-6 days per week with mandatory weekend AM Saturday shift and optional Sunday AM shift
Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Participate in ongoing training and evaluations to stay at the top of their game

Who You Are: (If you are missing some qualifications but are excited about the role please still apply!)

Obtained Bachelors degree or expected Bachelors degree
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours including weekends
Passionate about positively impacting students lives and giving back to the Staten Island community
Able to communicate with families caregivers and teachers
Has reliable source of transportation (personal car)
Energetic engaging and responsible
Safety conscious
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Cleared background check
