Description:

The Logistics Specialist at Panno Realty will manage and optimize logistics and supply chain processes within the real estate company. Responsibilities include coordinating material movement equipment and services for real estate projects ensuring timely deliveries managing vendor relationships and ensuring efficient logistical operations. This role collaborates with construction teams project managers vendors and other departments to meet all logistical needs and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Coordination:
- Oversee materials equipment and supplies flow for construction and property projects.
- Coordinate deliveries track inventory and ensure items availability.
- Work with vendors for best pricing delivery schedules and quality standards.
Transportation Management:
- Manage transportation logistics for goods and materials.
- Negotiate cost-effective delivery methods.
- Address transportation-related issues and resolve them.
Project Support:
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams for project understanding and logistical needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid project delays.
- Assist in material preparation for property listings staging and showings.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and work with procurement for stock adequacy.
- Track inventory movement and forecast material needs.
- Conduct regular audits for proper inventory control.
Vendor Management:
- Develop and maintain vendor relationships for smooth logistical operations.
- Negotiate contracts manage vendor performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Ensure vendor terms and conditions adherence.
Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure logistics compliance with regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee safe storage and transportation of materials and equipment.
- Promote environmentally responsible logistics practices.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records and reports on logistics transportation inventory and vendor contracts.
- Provide regular updates on logistics performance and project progress to management.
- Analyze logistics data for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- 1-2 years in logistics supply chain management or a related role.
- Experience in real estate construction or property management industry preferred.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage tasks effectively and prioritize.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of logistics software/tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
