Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging learning materials courses and resources to meet the educational needs of healthcare professionals and staff at Total Access Urgent Care.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop effective training solutions.
- Utilize instructional design principles and learning technologies to create interactive and impactful learning experiences.
- Conduct needs assessments evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve training programs.
- Ensure the alignment of instructional content with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education or related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design curriculum development and e-learning technologies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of adult learning theory instructional design models and assessment strategies.
Desired Experience:
- Experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare professionals is a plus.
- Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
- Advanced degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology or a related field.
