Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop engaging learning materials courses and resources to meet the educational needs of healthcare professionals and staff at Total Access Urgent Care.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop effective training solutions.
Utilize instructional design principles and learning technologies to create interactive and impactful learning experiences.
Conduct needs assessments evaluate learning outcomes and continuously improve training programs.
Ensure the alignment of instructional content with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Education or related field.
Proven experience in instructional design curriculum development and e-learning technologies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of adult learning theory instructional design models and assessment strategies.

Desired Experience:

Experience in the healthcare industry or working with healthcare professionals is a plus.
Proficiency in learning management systems and authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate.
Advanced degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology or a related field.

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $120000 - $130000 per year
