We are currently hiring a full-time Bilingual Customer Service Representative at QP Group. The starting pay is $22.15 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
- excellent customer service to clients via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries orders returns and product information
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate effectively in both English and another specified language
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Essential Qualifications:
- Fluency in English and a second language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Experience:
- 2-5 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in a remote setting
- Experience using CRM software
- Experience in a procurement or supply chain environment (preferred)
Salary & Benefits:
