What Youll Do as an Architecture Senior Project Manager

• Lead design strategy and collaborate with high-performing cross-functional teams clients partners and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Successfully lead projects of varying size and complexity from initial setup through planning safety analysis and project kick-off.
• Manage project budgets financial performance and reporting scope schedule and staffing.
• Oversee project billing client updates QA/QC of deliverables and project closeout.
• Provide clear direction motivation and mentorship to foster high-performing teams.
• Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.
• Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the Client Services team by delivering exceptional service promoting Fishers capabilities and building lasting client relationships.
• Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.
• Represent Fisher Associates in professional organizations business boards and community activities.

What You Bring Your Expertise as an Architecture Senior Project Manager

• Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited university
• 12 years minimum of professional project design technical and management experience required.
• NY Registered Architect or ability to obtain it.
• Client relationship staff management and business development experience required.
• Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration integrity respect and active listening
• Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking sound judgment and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proactively own projects prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced growth environment.

Salary Range: $120000 - $155000 annually
