Senior Project Manager Architecture. Placemaking Community Design
Lead impactful community-driven projects as a Senior Project Manager in our Placemaking Community Design Studio. What Youll Do as an Architecture Senior Project Manager
- Lead design strategy and collaborate with high-performing cross-functional teams clients partners and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Successfully lead projects of varying size and complexity from initial setup through planning safety analysis and project kick-off.
- Manage project budgets financial performance and reporting scope schedule and staffing.
- Oversee project billing client updates QA/QC of deliverables and project closeout.
- Provide clear direction motivation and mentorship to foster high-performing teams.
- Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.
- Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the Client Services team by delivering exceptional service promoting Fishers capabilities and building lasting client relationships.
- Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.
- Represent Fisher Associates in professional organizations business boards and community activities.
Requirements
What You Bring Your Expertise as an Architecture Senior Project Manager
- Bachelors degree in architecture or a related field from an accredited university
- 12 years minimum of professional project design technical and management experience required.
- NY Registered Architect or ability to obtain it.
- Client relationship staff management and business development experience required.
- Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Dedicated to fostering trusting relationships through collaboration integrity respect and active listening
- Deliver high-quality work using critical thinking sound judgment and exceptional organizational skills.
- Proactively own projects prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced growth environment.
- Curious and improvement-minded embracing feedback and continuously seeking better solutions.
Salary Range: $120000 - $155000 annually
