We take pride in delivering exceptional customer service to parents and families ensuring a seamless experience from registration to the end of summer.

About the Role

The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for clients. This person efficiently responds to inquiries ensures high service standards and manages client billing. They handle customer requests via phone and email providing a seamless and positive experience.

This is a hybrid position requiring a mix of remote and on-site work as needed. The role starts part-time and will transition to full-time during the summer season making it an ideal opportunity for university or college students looking for hands-on experience in customer service while working in a dynamic and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support.

  • Answer phone calls and emails from parents via HubSpot or GoHighLevel.

  • Manage registrations on the Amilia platform.

  • Send invoices to parents and follow up on payments.

  • Communicate customer feedback and concerns to the department lead and camp operations director.

  • Convert potential customers into registered clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service.

  • Excellent communication and client relations skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong customer-focused approach demonstrating empathy and efficiency.

  • Basic math skills for managing invoices.

  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.

  • Fast learner and comfortable using technology (computer phone).

  • Bilingual (French & English) both spoken and written.
