Type: In-Office Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

As the Manager Enterprise Technology & Service Delivery you will lead the strategic and operational execution of enterprise technology services ensuring IT capabilities directly enable business priorities resilience and service excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

Enterprise IT Strategy & Digital Transformation:

o Partner with executive leadership to mature the IT function and execute enterprise technology strategies aligned with evolving organizational goals.
o Lead long-range initiatives such as digital transformation cloud migration and cybersecurity enhancement to deliver scalable secure and cost-effective solutions.

IT Operations & Service Delivery Excellence:

o Direct the delivery of reliable and secure IT services including service desk operations Microsoft 365 cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
o Develop and monitor KPIs and service levels to ensure performance resilience compliance and continuous improvement aligned with business SLAs.

Governance Risk & Compliance:

o Oversee IT operational risk management incident response disaster recovery and cyber risk mitigation strategies to maintain business continuity.
o Ensure compliance with legal regulatory and industry standards including data privacy and cybersecurity best practices.

Vendor & Financial Management:

o Lead vendor selection contract negotiation performance evaluation and multi-vendor governance frameworks to maximize service value and mitigate risk.
o Manage IT financial planning forecasting and budget optimization to ensure strategic allocation of resources.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership:

o Act as the primary liaison between IT and business units translating complex technology concepts into clear actionable insights for diverse audiences.
o Champion digital adoption and organizational change initiatives that enhance service delivery and member engagement.

Leadership & Team Development:

o Provide mentorship and guidance to IT professionals fostering a high-performance service-oriented team culture.
o Monitor team performance and alignment with strategic objectives supporting continuous professional development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role candidates should demonstrate the following:

Education & Experience:

o Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
o Minimum 10 years of progressive senior IT leadership experience in enterprise environments with significant exposure to digital transformation and business relationship management.

Technical Skills:

o Proven expertise in enterprise IT strategy infrastructure planning governance frameworks and cloud technologies (including Microsoft Azure).
o Strong experience managing multi-vendor environments managed service providers budgeting and financial forecasting.

Key Competencies:

o Strategic enterprise thinker with strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
o High emotional intelligence exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation.
o Demonstrated leadership in IT governance cybersecurity best practices and data privacy compliance.
o Ability to influence negotiate and lead cross-functional change initiatives effectively.

Assets:
ITIL and/or PMP designations
Experience with enterprise cloud adoption and cybersecurity frameworks
