Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Providing first-line IT support to staff and pupils
Troubleshooting hardware software and network issues
Setting up and maintaining computers laptops and classroom technology
Supporting the management of user accounts and permissions
Assisting with system updates backups and equipment maintenance
Liaising with the IT Network Manager and external providers when required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in an IT support or technician role
Strong knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft 365
Basic understanding of networking principles
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive reliable and customer-focused approach
