About the Role

As a Psychology ECT you will teach KS4 and KS5 Psychology (GCSE and A-Level) inspiring students to engage critically with psychological theory research and real-world applications. You will receive structured mentoring regular feedback and ongoing professional development to help you thrive in your first teaching role.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Psychology lessons across KS4KS5.

• Support students understanding of key concepts research methods and exam preparation.

• Monitor student progress and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs.

• Collaborate with department colleagues to share good practice and resources.

• Participate in co-curricular and enrichment opportunities including clubs trips and events.

• Contribute positively to the schools academic and pastoral culture.

• A degree in Psychology or a closely related discipline.
