Job Summary

The role provides support to the Head to meet all stakeholders data needs. Supports the production and development of all business information for Bayport Savings and Loans PLC both financial and non-financial through the collection transformation and analysis of data into information insight and into business decisions.

Required Skills:

Data Collection and Transformation

Extract and collate information from a variety of internal and external sources.
Filter and clean data for use by all Stakeholders.
Transformation of data to meet the needs of all stakeholders in the business.

Data Quality

Comply with all information governance requirements including the General Data Protection Regulations.
Act as gatekeeper for customer business credit data managing data integrity and ensuring data is accurate before utilized for analysis and reporting.
Conduct Data Quality Audits as necessary.

Data Analysis

Identify and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
Interpret and analyze large and varied amounts of complex data to provide accessible meaningful and understandable information for a broad spectrum of users.
Research in relation to analysis of existing data or formulating proposals for system changes to better meet service needs.

Reporting & MI Requirements

Maintaining and/or improving existing reports and developing new ones to meet stakeholders requirements.
Support data provision for Bayport providing accurate and meaningful routine scheduled and ad hoc reports.
Promptly respond to MI requests from a variety of users.
Provide analysis and interpretation to support evaluation of organizational activities.
Provide organizational data in several formats including dashboards graphs charts and reports.
