Tasks

What you will work on

We are a mission-driven startup with people at the center technology as an enabler and strong growth ahead. Design at Aepsy is not decoration. It shapes how safe calm and understood people feel when they interact with mental healthcare in Switzerland.

As a UI & Brand Designer your role is to carry design work to the finish line and ensure visual clarity consistency and quality across all surfaces. You will work closely with the UX Designer engineers and the CDO learning fast and growing into more responsibility over time. More concretely you will:

• Design high-quality interfaces and interactions
  You design clean calm and consistent UI that feels reassuring and human. You translate UX concepts and flows into concrete screens and interactions. You pay attention to details and understand they are here to shape trust.
• Maintain and evolve the design system
  You keep the Aepsy design system organised up to date and usable in practice. You apply it consistently spot misuse or gaps and extend it thoughtfully when needed.
• Carry the brand consistency across all visual surfaces
  You design visual assets beyond the product including presentations social media visuals and internal materials. You ensure everything that represents Aepsy feels coherent calm and intentional.
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering
  You work closely with UX designers and engineers to ensure designs are well understood and implemented with care.

This role is hands-on execution-focused and meant to grow with you.

• A genuine interest in how design makes people feel especially in sensitive contexts
• The motivation to learn improve and take responsibility for your work
• The ability to execute independently and deliver work that others can trust without constant oversight
• An organised and structured way of working even when juggling multiple small tasks
• Attention to detail and pride in finishing things properly not just starting them

• You are fluent in Figma and comfortable working with design systems

• You are fluent in German spoken and written
• Background or strong interest in psychology mental health or healthcare systems
• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving product environment
• Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect information
