Job Summary
We are supporting a leading investment bank in the search for a Senior Credit Analyst Structured Finance.
This role focuses on the credit assessment of complex structured financing transactions including acquisition finance leveraged finance and sponsor-driven deals.
The position offers broad exposure to sophisticated transactions and close involvement in high-level credit decision processes.
Tasks
- Independent credit analysis of structured and corporate financing transactions
- Assessment of complex acquisition and leveraged finance structures
- Review and validation of financial models forecasts and transaction assumptions
- Preparation of comprehensive credit memoranda for senior credit committees
- Assignment and ongoing monitoring of internal ratings and credit risk indicators
- Continuous portfolio surveillance and proactive risk management
- Contribution to the development and optimisation of internal credit and risk frameworks
Requirements
- Academic background in Finance Economics Business Administration or comparable field
- Strong professional experience in structured finance leveraged finance credit risk or transaction analysis
- Advanced financial modelling and valuation expertise
- High degree of ownership precision and analytical judgement
- Fluency in English and German (both mandatory)
