TRUST & ESTATES ASSOCIATE

Location: St. Louis (Downtown)/ Hybrid Remote as Needed

Salary: $150000 - $170000/ annually bonus

Seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Associate with 3 years of estate planning and tax experience to join one of the regions most trusted and reputable large law firms.

Qualifications:

Income estate gift GST and other tax laws attendant to this line of work.
Estate/wealth planning techniques including preparation of related documents (revocable/irrevocable trusts wills powers of attorneys etc.).
Drafting premarital agreements.
Research and analysis of complex state law and federal tax law issues.
Superior communication skills both written and verbal.
