Job Summary

Seeking a passionate and dedicated preschool teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing environment that blends the inquiry-based Reggio-inspired approach with the nature-focused principles of Waldorf. We are looking for someone who finds true joy in watching children grow thrives on curiosity and sees the classroom as a living space for exploration. Our requirements for this position are:-Qualifications and qualities: EEC Lead Teacher certified 2 years of experience in an early childhood setting (ages 2.9-5) preferably within a Reggio-inspired or Waldorf-inspired school. -Education: Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) preferred or CDA with equivalent experience. -Passion: A genuine love for children and a deep respect for their innate curiosity and capabilities.-Collaborative Spirit: A team player who enjoys working with colleagues to create a community of learning. -Physical Stamina; Ability to sit on the floor stand for long periods lift 40 pounds and spend significant time outdoors. The benefits we offer:- Salary of $24 - $30 per hour based on experience and education level. All school closings including holidays vacations and snow days are paid.- Benefits -sign-on bonus PTO sick/personal days.- Tuition assistance for degree Type: Full-time 7am-4pm Part-time 8am-1pm
