Job Summary
Grafton Winery & Brewhaus Shift Manager Position
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated shift manager to join our team. This role is central to the success of our business and we are looking for a leader who can efficiently manage our operations and staff during their shift.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities
- Ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service
- Manage employee schedules and assign tasks
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and mentor new employees
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Assist in hiring and performance evaluations of staff
- Manage cash handling and end-of-shift reconciliations
- Communicate effectively with upper management
Qualifications:
You are experienced in a supervisory role can lead and motivate a team are customer-focused organized and detail-oriented. You have excellent communication skills can adapt to flexible hours and have the ability to handle unexpected situations.
