Job Summary
IN A NUTSHELL
Your mission
- Build or expand a development team together with your Tech Lead and Product Owner
- Take responsibility for planning and implementing new features including hands-on work on tickets
- Shape lead and optimize processes within the team
- Promote an agile mindset and ensure bi-weekly releases with your team
- Take responsibility for training supporting and developing your team members as well as organizing team events
Your profile
- A completed degree in computer science or a related field
- 4 years of professional experience and initial experience in (technical) leadership of small (project) teams
- Experience managing development projects with attention to non-functional requirements as well as training junior colleagues
- Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language C# (switching from Java is possible) and experience with a web framework including HTML5 and CSS
- Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for our product
- Very good English skills
