Bachelors degree
Certifications Licenses or Registration Required:
Epic certification or accreditation. If not Epic certified or accredited must obtain Epic certification or accreditation post-hire within 6 months.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare training or Epic experience
Knowledge of training methodology. Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures. Knowledge of computer systems equipment and applications. Knowledge of technological trends/developments. Verbal and written communication skills. Teaching and facilitation skills. Ability to determine training objectives. Ability to design develop implement and evaluate training plans curricula and methodology. Ability to conduct and/or facilitate information system training and instruction.
