The Role: The Shipping Associate receives and ships fragile customer equipment by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Receive unpack and organize customer equipment. Inspects products for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.

Log customer equipment into Graftel database and distribute instruments to the appropriate lab.

Carefully pack completed orders and log instruments out of Graftel database.

Create the appropriate shipping labels based on PO instructions and notes in Graftel database.

Organize completed orders and release to the appropriate delivery company

- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience:

  • Previous shipping/receiving and forklift experience is preferred but not required.

  • To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office email and accounting software.
