Were looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our Contact Center and Digital Services team who share our passion for helping people and building strong member relationships.
About the Role
As a Member Services Contact Center Representative you will be the first point of contact for members and potential members through phone email online banking and other virtual channels. Youll assist with account inquiries transactions new account openings and loan applications while delivering exceptional service and support.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) hybrid/remote position following a minimum 30-day in-person onboarding and training period.
Key Responsibilities
Assist members and potential members with inquiries and requests via phone email online banking tickets and other remote channels
Complete transactions new account requests and loan applications using knowledge of credit union products and services
Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships through cross-selling and member education
Support problem and complaint resolution escalating when necessary while maintaining ownership of the member experience
Maintain strict confidentiality of nonpublic member information and ensure accurate data and record management
Develop and maintain knowledge of credit union policies procedures products services and applicable regulations
Contribute to departmental and organizational service and performance goals
What Were Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent time management flexibility and attention to detail
Experience with VOIP phone systems or contact center software
Working knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel Planner and Outlook
Previous experience in a contact or call center and/or the credit union or financial services industry is preferred
A positive service-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help others
