Description
COR3 Mechanical is looking for a skilled HVAC Mechanic specializing in Commercial Installation to join our team in Maitland. This full-time on-site position offers a unique opportunity to work in the fast-paced construction industry where you will play a critical role in installing and maintaining HVAC systems in commercial settings.
As an HVAC Mechanic you will be responsible for ensuring that all HVAC systems are installed correctly and operate efficiently. You will work closely with project managers and other construction professionals to meet project deadlines and maintain the highest standards of quality. This role is vital in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional HVAC solutions tailored to our clients needs.
We offer a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $32.00 per hour along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
Responsibilities
- Install maintain and repair HVAC systems in commercial buildings
- Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot HVAC issues
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely completion of installations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies and industry standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems components and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
