Short Description

Liase with Primary Care and Behavioral Health Division Heads/Department Chairs physician leaders Ambulatory Operations and Access Center staff and others to lead the rollout of corporate and institute initiatives (ex: nontraditional hours PTO notification process processes to ensure acceptable patient wait times etc.). Create provider templates within Epic and evaluate (and implement when appropriate) provider and office level schedule changes Monitor metrics related to provider scheduling and office volume Oversee patient complaint investigations Support onboarding and offboarding of providers within PC and BH Manage special projects as needed

Experience Required

2 - 3 years experience in community-based program planning/management organization administration or related work.

Education Requirements

Bachelors degree in public health Public Administration Public Policy or related field preferred

Special Requirements

Knowledge experience and success in managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to effectively diagnose isolate and resolve complex problems pertaining to business operations organization development customer satisfaction and change management.

Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required; strong oral/written communication skills including diplomacy and the ability to work with all disciplines levels and backgrounds is also a must.

Exceptional strength in strategic thinking analysis and problem solving organizational leadership collaboration and a results-oriented vision and focus.

Strong analytical skills and experience with performance improvement methodologies and data-driven decision-making.
