Job Summary

The Mission You will provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care for an 80-year-old VIP aboard a world-class superyacht. This is not a standard nursing role; it is a blend of high-level geriatric monitoring and lifestyle medicine management while navigating the exclusive cruising grounds of the Mediterranean. Your backdrop changes daily from the glittering ports of Monaco and Ibiza to the secluded bays of the Greek Islands and the Algarve.

The Team You are never alone in clinical decision-making. You will join an elite Western-trained medical unit led by a Lead British Doctor and supported by dedicated Physiotherapists to ensure holistic patient well-being.

The Safety We prioritize your rest and clinical focus. The roster operates on a strict double-nurse shift system ensuring you have ample downtime to recharge and explore the locations guaranteeing patient safety is never compromised by fatigue.

Requirements

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / Degree from a Tier-1 University.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in high-acuity Acute Care settings (ICU ER or A&E) is non-negotiable.
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English fluency is mandatory for team communication.
Traits: High emotional intelligence discretion and the ability to blend into a luxury environment.
