As an IAM Engineer you will:
Implement and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions with a strong focus on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Configure RBAC rules access workflows and provisioning processes within the IAM platform.
Perform system role and application integrations to ensure seamless access management across enterprise environments.
Configure and support access certifications and approval workflows.
Develop and maintain SQL queries and scripts to support IAM automation and reporting.
Support unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for IAM implementations.
Handle IAM-related incidents troubleshooting and operational support activities.
Collaborate with security application and infrastructure teams to ensure secure and compliant access management.
What You Bring to the Table:
24 years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering roles.
Practical experience in RBAC implementation and access provisioning.
Hands-on exposure to IAM tools such as SailPoint One Identity or Microsoft Entra.
Experience in configuring workflows access certifications and approval processes.
Working knowledge of SQL and scripting for automation and operational support.
Understanding of IAM testing practices including unit testing and UAT support.
Familiarity with incident handling and IAM operational support.
Basic understanding of security compliance and access governance principles.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
Implement and maintain RBAC models aligned with security and compliance requirements.
Configure and manage IAM workflows and provisioning rules effectively.
Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and access issues.
Support IAM integrations across applications and systems.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional technical teams.
Follow IAM best practices and contribute to secure scalable access solutions.
Support continuous improvement of IAM processes and controls.
