Job Summary
Agile Engineer Data Management
As anAgile Engineer you will work in the Corporate Solution Data Management team with a strong focus on Enterprise Data Management solutions. You play a critical role in developing and designing data solutions in this domain.
You will help us move to the next level of Data Management by translating business requirements to high performing technical solutions. While doing this you take into account Metadata Governance and Authorization and make sure they are part of your solution.
We are looking for an enthusiastic data professional who has a strong technical focus but also knows the way to communicate with Product Owners and challenge them on their requirements..

Day to day:
You can expect a data team of approximately 60 enthusiastic people (Data Management Data Governance Global Reporting and IT Delivery) to work on multiple projects to realize the Data Management strategy for DLL. The Agile Engineer is part of the IT delivery team.
- Design data flows that transfer data from the countries to the different Enterprise Data Management solutions
- Translate business requirements to technical logic that translates and stores data in different layers of our solutions
- Support your team in delivering high quality solutions by reviewing their code and solutions
- Help business owners by explaining and showing them how data is moved and stored in our solutions
- Discuss with architects how new data solutions can fit in our IT landscape
- Advising on different technical solutions within data management
- Resolve challenging technical issues around performance deployments authorization and availability.
- Drive innovation in data management by using AI.

Essentials:
- Bachelor or University Level Education.
- 1-3 years of experience in Data Management solutions
- Experience with Microsoft Azure-stack
- Hands-on experience in building dataflows with Azure Data Factory
- Experience in SQL at medium level (or higher)
- Excellent communicator in speech and writing.
- Focus on delivery and motivation to achieve results
- Problem solving skills
- Experience in working in Agile/scrum environments
- Experience is a pre but not decisive.
Extras:
- Tech savvy interested in new technical solutions
- Experience in Databricks or Python or PowerBI
- Experience with Data Lake structures
- Experience with DataWareHouses
- Azure Certifications
- Experience in large corporate finance institutions
