Job Summary

The Mission We are recruiting a sophisticated nursing professional for a 1:1 medical support role attending an 80-year-old VIP aboard an elite superyacht. This position requires the ability to deliver hospital-grade monitoring within a luxury hospitality setting. You will travel exclusively through the Mediterranean with an itinerary featuring Monaco the Amalfi Coast Mykonos and Ibiza.

The Team You will be part of a high-performance Western-trained medical department. Clinical direction is provided by a Lead British Doctor ensuring clear protocols and support. You will also work alongside dedicated Physiotherapists to maintain the principals mobility and health.

The Safety To ensure sustainable high-performance care the nursing team works on a strictly enforced double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are never fatigued on duty and allows you ample time to disembark and enjoy the Mediterranean summer during your downtime.

The Process We prioritize your convenience. The initial interview and vetting stages are conducted entirely via a secure online platform allowing you to secure this role from Sweden before traveling to meet the vessel.

Requirements

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or University Degree.
Experience: A mandatory 4 years in high-acuity Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for accurate clinical communication.
Attributes: A calm demeanor high discretion and the ability to adapt to a formal private household environment.
