Job Summary

The Mission We are selecting a dedicated nursing professional for 1:1 medical care of an 80-year-old VIP aboard a world-class superyacht. This role blends the precision of intensive care with the exclusivity of the private sector. You will oversee the principals health while the vessel cruises the Mediterraneans most iconic waters including Saint-Tropez Capri Corfu and the Balearic Islands.

The Team You will be supported by a comprehensive Western-trained medical unit. The department is led by a Lead British Doctor with additional input from onboard Physiotherapists. This multidisciplinary team ensures that clinical decisions are shared and expert-led.

The Safety To prioritize patient safety and staff longevity the nursing roster is built on a double-nurse shift system. This ensures you are never working in isolation or while fatigued and provides structured downtime to enjoy the yachts locations.

The Process We understand the need for discretion. The initial interview and vetting phase is conducted entirely via a secure online platform allowing you to complete the recruitment process from Belgium before traveling to the yacht.

Requirements

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) / Bachelor in Verpleegkunde.
Experience: A strict minimum of 4 years in Acute Care (ICU/IZ ER/Spoed or Cardiac Care).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for all medical documentation and team communication.
Profile: A calm culturally aware professional capable of blending into a high-net-worth family environment.
