Job Summary
At IQVIA we help improve patient outcomes by advancing clinical research. As a Clinical Trial Educator (CTE) you will work closely with research sites healthcare professionals and internal teams to support trial recruitment and deliver studyspecific training. Acting as a trusted partner you will help optimize the site experience and contribute to strong study performance through effective communication education and relationship management.
What youll be doing
- Partner with research sites to develop studyspecific action plans that support recruitment and trial execution
- Deliver education and training to healthcare professionals and site staff reinforcing clinical trial protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with referral networks where applicable to help identify potential trial participants
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders including healthcare providers and caregivers
- Analyze site and customer data to tailor engagement strategies and support prescreening screening and enrollment
- Use internal systems to document activities and outcomes and support group events or educational sessions as needed
- Address questions and objections with confidence and professionalism
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of the relevant therapeutic area and disease landscape
What youll bring
- Bachelors degree in Health Sciences or a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Registered Nurse or other qualified healthcare professional
- 12 years of relevant experience in a clinical research or healthcare setting
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as required
- Clinical knowledge within a relevant therapeutic area
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
- A solutionsfocused proactive approach
- Strong customer and sitepartner orientation
