Position: Paraplanner (Up to 70K)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7 AM 4 PM (PH Time)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Paraplanner to assists financial advisers by preparing accurate advice documents managing client information supporting compliance requirements and ensuring the smooth delivery of an end-to-end advice process.
This role requires strong technical knowledge solid paraplanning experience and proficiency with financial planning software particularly XPLAN / XTOOLS.
Advice Preparation & Implementation
- Prepare a full range of advice documents including multi-strategy Statements of Advice (SoAs) Records of Advice (RoAs) and SMSF-related advice.
- Assist in implementing advice strategies accurately and efficiently.
- Support advisers with follow-through advice recommendations ensuring all steps are completed within required timeframes.
Client Service & Engagement
- Support the delivery of high-quality advice and customer service in a professional manner.
- Participate in client interactions as needed throughout the advice process.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to complete advice on preparation and implementation tasks.
Advice Process Support
- Collect and verify client information conduct research enter data into systems and maintain accurate client files.
- Assist with managing the end-to-end advice process including FDS fee consent and review obligations.
- Maintain clear workflow oversight to ensure tasks are completed on time and expectations are met.
Compliance & Documentation
- Proactively manage all compliance obligations to ensure advice meets Australian regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation superannuation SMSFs insurance strategies and contributions rules.
- Keep detailed file notes and ensure all client records are accurate complete and up-to-date.
Team Support & Development
- Support the Financial Planning team across administration client service and advice support functions.
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to team goals and client outcomes.
Requirements
Were Looking for Someone Who has:
- Minimum 3 years of paraplanning experience including preparation of a full suite of advice documents and multi-strategy plans.
- Comprehensive understanding of SMSFs related structures and LRBAs.
- Intermediate knowledge of superannuation insurance strategies and advice areas including but not limited to:
- Contribution strategies
- Retirement planning
- Investment strategies
- Demonstrated ability to support compliance requirements and advice documentation standards.
- Ability to implement advice accurately while ensuring regulatory obligations are met in a commercially efficient manner.
- Strong experience using XPLAN / XTOOLS is essential.
- Solid technical skills with the ability to perform research cash flow modelling super and risk comparisons and insurance quoting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with advisers clients and third parties.
- Proactive accountable and capable of managing workload with minimal supervision.
