Short Description
- The Community Health Assistant will provide both clinical and administrative support and coordination to all community outreach activities.
- Attend outreach activities as directed and support community-based programs by supplying educational and promotional materials.
- Responsible for scheduling activities ordering supplies and submitting reimbursements for community health staff.
Experience Required
1-2 years experience in the Healthcare field.
Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to take direction follow through with tasks and work independently.
Flexibility optimism and a cooperative working style.
Competent in basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office-Word Excel and Power Point).
Education Requirements
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent clinical or healthcare experience
Special Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to take direction follow through with tasks and work independently.
- Flexibility optimism and a cooperative working style.
- Competent in basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office-Word Excel and Power Point).
