Job Summary

Acura of Stamford is seeking a self motivated process driven individual to enhance our service team. Must have automotive service advisor and client relations experience.

As a Service Advisor you will own our customers experience. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in maintain helping to diagnose and repair client vehicles. From greeting vehicle owners on the drive line to explaining the repair process our Service Advisors are true professionals who enjoy helping others. Must have excellent follow up skills a great attitude and a mindset of continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet with customers and determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle issues

  • Increase customer satisfaction by building customer relations.

  • Maintain the companys standards for ethical business practices professional image orderliness customer service and good employee and community relations.

  • Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day and updating customers frequently

  • Increase profitability by maximizing sales & execute retail promotions.

  • Responsible for overseeing the technician working on customers vehicle including their time management/efficiency parts ordering job completion times.

  • Oversee and participate in quality control.

  • Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as appropriate.
