About the Role
The Outbound Lead Generator is responsible for creating opportunities for our sales team through high-volume consistent outbound calling. This role focuses on reconnecting with people who already know our company - past customers past leads and warm prospects.
This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who is comfortable on the phone resilient and motivated by results.
What Youll Be Responsible For
- Making 150200 outbound calls per day
- Working assigned call lists including:
- Past customers
- Past leads
- Warm prospects
- Re-introducing the company and services
- Identifying opportunities and interest
- Scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team
- Understanding service areas and basic scheduling logic
- Logging activity notes and outcomes accurately
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent daily call volume
- Quality appointments scheduled
- Clean documentation
- Strong contribution to sales pipeline growth
- Reliable repeatable performance

Commission Structure
- $20/hour base pay

Cross-Training Opportunity
This role includes light cross-training in inbound lead handling to assist during inbound surges storm events or high-volume periods.
