As ourHead of Landlord Safetyyoulllead manage andbe responsible forourfull range of Landlord Health & Safety (LLH&S) obligations across our homes including Gas Servicing Legionella Asbestos Electrical Safety Lifting Equipment Fire Safety and Radon Gas.
With your proactiveinnovativeand futurefocused approachyoullmake sure our compliance performance not only meets our statutory duties but continually for opportunities to strengthen our data quality modernise our processes remove manual tasks and drive sectorleading transparency and assurance. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the businessyoullmake sure our policies processes and reporting frameworks are robust fit for purpose and consistently applied across all our properties and we always haveaccuratecompliance data available for internal stakeholders and the regulator giving confidence in the safety of our homes and the services we deliver.
In this roleyoullalso be a key player during any new mergers or partnerships leading our LLH&S due diligence and supporting the integration of new organisations into Abris ways of as a trusted ambassador for customer safety accelerating positive change and championing our customerobsessed approach.
