Your role:
Serves as the organizations expert in contract management offering strategic guidance on highvalue complex agreements and advising senior leadership on critical decisions.
Leads the negotiation drafting and execution of intricate contracts ensuring terms align with business objectives and meet all legal and compliance standards.
Designs and implements advanced contract management frameworks and bestpractice methodologies to elevate organizational performance and ensure regulatory alignment.
Performs thorough risk assessments on highstakes contracts and resolves complex contractual issues by applying deep subjectmatter expertise and effective mitigation strategies.
Mentors team members while shaping contractrelated policies and collaborating with crossfunctional leaders providing insights that support strategic planning and continuous improvement.
Youre the right fit if:
Youve acquired 8 years of experience in contract management (drafting negotiation of terms aligning cross-functionally with stakeholders).
Your skills include commercial acumen risk mitigation strategies stakeholder management regulatory compliance key performance indicator management strategy implementation and continuous improvement.
You have a juris doctorate degree.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You excel at coaching and mentoring providing calm steady guidance even when responding urgently to stakeholders and leaders on fastmoving customer deals. You effectively balance competing priorities while maintaining clarity composure and trust.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the companys main facilities generally at the customers or suppliers locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $112500 to 180000 annually.
The pay range for this position in Massachusetts and Washington $126000 to $201600.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills experience business needs geographical location and internal equity.
In addition other compensation such as an annual incentive bonus sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
