We are seeking a 2^nd Shift Production Supervisor that is directly responsible for all manufacturing activities to ensure a safe and efficient operation and to deliver quality products in accordance with the shift production priorities.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervision of shift staff organizing and monitoring work processes
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment placing Safety first.
• Executes operational objectives to ensure shift meets safety quality and productivity standards.
• Responsible for onboarding and training of shift employees
• Coaching counseling and support of development plans for career growth of staff
• Management of Performance process
• Enforces policies and procedures and when needed manages disciplinary actions performance improvement plans to meet operating standards.
• Fosters an environment of Teamwork and Collaboration

Production SupervisorJob Requirements

• Minimum two years supervisory experience in the food industry pharmaceutical or other like industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices HACCP Quality Testing and Safety Concerns and SAP operating systems
• Previous experience managing sanitation activities and understanding of sanitation cleaning process required.
• Strong computer skills proficient using Microsoft Word and Excel
• Effective Communicator and Delegator
• Excellent leadership and cross-functional team skills
• Knowledge of SAP operating systems a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills focusing on Root Cause Analysis Corrective Action and 5 Why analysis.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.
