仕事内容(Job Description)

商業施設のプロパティマネジメント職として全国各地の商業施設へ常駐し施設のマネジメントに携わって頂きます

施設オーナーへの各種提案折衝調整業務

施設の資産価値向上施策の立案実施

地域の特性や文化を生かした企画業務

施設のリニューアル計画の立案実施

テナント誘致管理契約管理レントロール計画実施など

施設収支計画の立案実施

施設維持管理計画の策定

各種プロジェクト進捗管理等のプロジェクトマネジメント

施設の販売促進業務

施設の収益管理テナント売上管理

求められる経験知識スキル等

必須条件

事業会社等での実務経験2年以上

Microsoft Excel Word PowerPointの基本操作

転勤可能であること

地域限定 応相談

あると良いスキル経験

商業施設での運営管理業務の経験をお持ちの方

流通小売業において店舗開発の経験がある方

流通小売業においてマネジメント経験のある方
