Job Summary
HEC Paris Doha regularly seeks experienced professionals to join our growing team and contribute to the delivery of world-class executive education and community engagement in Qatar and the wider region.
This is a general application for mid-level to senior-level professionals who are interested in full-time career opportunities with HEC Paris Doha. Successful candidates may be considered for roles across various functions including : executive program management marketing and communications partnerships and growth community engagement admissions and recruitment operations and administration.
Professionals joining HEC Paris Doha will play a key role in supporting the institutions mission by contributing to impactful projects strengthening stakeholder relationships and helping deliver high-quality learning experiences in a dynamic multicultural environment.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience)
410 years of relevant professional experience (depending on role and seniority)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Proven ability to manage projects prioritize tasks and work autonomously
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Professional proficiency in English (Arabic is an asset depending on the role)
Strong alignment with HEC Paris values of excellence integrity and impact
Experience in higher education executive education or professional services
