Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and service-oriented Assistant Outlet Manager to support the daily operations of Pashawat our Arabic / Lebanese restaurant. The selected candidate will assist in leading the team ensuring high service standards and delivering an authentic dining experience to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations
Ensure smooth service flow in line with Arabic / Lebanese dining standards
Lead train and motivate the service team
Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
Monitor hygiene cleanliness and presentation standards
Assist in staff scheduling training and performance follow-up
Control costs monitor inventory and support stock takes
Drive sales and upselling initiatives
Qualifications :
23 years experience in a similar role within an Arabic or Lebanese restaurant preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Good knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine service style
Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management preferred
