Cross Border Talents is looking for a German-Speaking Customer Support Specialist for a leading global home technology brand based in Athens Greece.
As a Customer Support Specialist you will play a key role in assisting customers with their home devices answering their questions and providing guidance on product usage and technical troubleshooting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls messages and emails from customers.
- Provide information and support on products such as vacuum cleaners air purifiers hair care tools and more.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and offer effective solutions.
- Process warranty claims repairs and replacements.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle unexpected changes and customer concerns with professionalism.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus.
