Exciting Opportunity: Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - Hybrid Role in Texas

We are a leading provider of high-quality insurance-covered outpatient mental health services dedicated to providing evidence-based care that creates lasting change for our patients.

We are expanding our outpatient psychiatry team and seeking passionate board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists to work in a hybrid model in Austin Houston or Dallas.

Elite Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed salary for the first 9 months followed by a 60/40 split with uncapped earning potential.
Supervision is paid at $1000 per month per supervisee.

Your Impactful Role

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
Provide high-quality in-person care from one of our professional offices in Austin Houston or Dallas.
Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and leadership to ensure seamless ethical care.
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
Opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees.

Requirements

Qualifications

Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (MD/DO).
Active Texas Medical License and DEA.
Exceptional communication interpersonal and teamwork skills.
A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
