Exciting Opportunity: Psychiatrist (MD/DO) - Hybrid Role in Texas

We are a leading provider of high-quality insurance-covered outpatient mental health services dedicated to providing evidence-based care that creates lasting change for our patients.

We are expanding our outpatient psychiatry team and seeking passionate board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrists to work in a hybrid model in Austin Houston or Dallas.

  • Ability to supervise APPs
  • Elite Compensation & Benefits:
    • Guaranteed salary for the first 9 months followed by a 60/40 split with uncapped earning potential.
    • Supervision is paid at $1000 per month per supervisee.

Your Impactful Role

  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for adults and/or adolescents.
  • Provide high-quality in-person care from one of our professional offices in Austin Houston or Dallas.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and leadership to ensure seamless ethical care.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
  • Opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or trainees.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (MD/DO).
  • Active Texas Medical License and DEA.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • A strong commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth.
