Job Summary

Job Description:

As the Scrum Master at Au Natural Organics you will play a crucial role in facilitating the Scrum process ensuring efficient team operations and removing obstacles that may hinder progress. Your responsibilities will include:

Facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning Daily Standups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives ensuring they are time-boxed and productive.
Coaching the team on collaboration transparency and continuous improvement guiding them in Agile practices and helping with effective implementation of Scrum principles.
Identifying and resolving impediments that could affect team progress collaborating with stakeholders to remove roadblocks and focus on value delivery.
Collaborating with product owners project managers and other departments to align priorities and communicate team progress and challenges.
Assisting the Product Owner in refining and prioritizing the product backlog to ensure high-impact initiatives are worked on and maintaining a well-defined backlog.
Encouraging continuous improvement within the team implementing changes to enhance efficiency and tracking progress using metrics like velocity and burndown charts.
Promoting and supporting the agile mindset across the company fostering an environment that prioritizes innovation sustainability and efficiency.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as a Scrum Master (2 years preferred) working with Agile teams preferably in consumer goods organic products or wellness industry. Experience with remote or hybrid teams is a plus.
Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications (e.g. SAFe PMI-ACP) are preferred.
Skills & Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks Scrum methodology and best practices. Excellent facilitation coaching problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills familiarity with project management tools.
